Potatoes!
Woohoo… after not planting any potatoes this year we dug up 8.5kg today!
Last year’s remnants decided to sprout up in our seedbed of leeks, so we have no leeks, just potatoes… can’t complain 
Tomatoes are looking great, all green so far, but hopefully a bit of sunshine this week will have the glowing red!
Cauliflowers = disaster 
Birds and bugs have got at them.
The seed potatoes (numbering about about 45 of the little darlings) have been chitting for a month on a spare bedroom windowsill and would have been planted earlier of it hadn’t been for a sudden frost and (can you believe it!) a deluge of snow – in April! It was only a couple of weeks ago that temperatures got into the mid-20s!
